We have produced a limited run of this style of fatigue cap using cotton khaki twill fabric.  This closely replicates the "swing" cap as made in theater by troops in the pacific.

Winter Combat Trousers are made of the same heavy wool lining, cotton twill shell, and use authentic antique brass fittings. These pants include zippered pocket openings and fly.

This is not the Rigid composite fiber tanker helmet worn by tank crewman.  This is the cloth headgear worn under the rigid helmets to protect against cold.  It is made with a cotton twill shell and wool melton lining.  This item was originally designed as matching headgear for the above winter combat uniform. We make our jackets with our own custom US made 100% cotton Twill duplicating the original weight and grain of the fabric.  Our fabric will not show sunlight through it when held up to the sun as with our competition.  We also use our own custom US woven melton lining.  These fabrics are matched for color, fibers, and texture to an original jacket lining and shell materials.  If you would like to test a swatch of our new fabric we would be happy to send you one.  We feel NO ONE makes better replica uniforms than we do.

They were usually worn oversized because it was worn in conjunction with Liner, Pile for extreme cold weather. They run large in sizing but not nearly as large as in some original jackets. They also include all authentic inspection labeling. and fitting label.  The cuff has the authentic gusset.  The pockets are sized and located on the body correctly.  Sizes available chest: 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54 inches.

They are authentically constructed and include all tabs and buttons. These are the dark shade cotton trousers made from the same sateen material as the M43 Jackets. The buttons used throughout the trousers are custom matched to authentic buttons for style and color, including the button fly.  The pocketing material used on the interior of the trousers matches originals.  We offer both the standard version and the airborne modified version with our "Rigger" type OD treated canvas cargo pockets and canvas leg ties. We finish off this quality replica with authentic fitting and size labels inside the trousers as found on original trousers. Sizes available waist: 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48 & 50 inches

Because of the treatment on the pockets the ABN style trousers should not be washed in a washing machine, nor should they be dry cleaned.  The only advisable method to clean these trousers would be to wash by hand.

The differences between these and our regular run fatigues is that the fabric is heavier due to a heavy pigment used in the dyeing of the fabric.  This heavy pigment gives the fabric is slightly heathered appearance which is the reason for the "Cast Iron" title.  The finish is just as robust, durable in the wash, and resistant to the sun. These are durable just like cast-iron!  Sale prices are still reflective of this new limited stock.   Swatches are available for your review and testing.

The Cotton khaki model is identical to the woolen shirt above but the gas flap and cuff gusset is omitted. The fabric used is top quality 100% cotton twill dyed using a robust dye finish that is resistant to the sun, sweat, and washing.  Some shrinkage should be expected in the cotton model.

Our woolen uniforms are the best replica uniforms that money can buy. 

We have also produced a new limited time run of the Officer's model M37 field shirt using a slightly darker heathered shade of OD like many originals.  This darker shade of fabric is made from 45% wool/55% polyester.  We have included a satiny acetate lining to the neck and yoke area of these wool/poly blend shirts.  This will render the shirt even more comfortable to wear and improve appearance.  Please note that the light shade 100% wool officer's M37 shirt does NOT include a interior lined yoke area.

Be advised the denim used in these garments has a 2% shrinkage rate (IE 36" waist will shrink .72"). Shrinkage should be considered when sizing.

Be advised this is a rain protection garment only. It is meant to be worn for a brief period of time as required to stay dry. The original specimens (As is ours) were made from a thin cotton material that will not hold up to the same conditions as fatigue and regulation uniforms were designed to withstand.  However, holes and tears can be easily repaired using a good high strength silicone rubber and a piece of fabric backing.

Note: Some adhesive stains may be visible on some areas.  Some parts may be glued together due to overspread of adhesive.  Some pulling pieces apart using slight pressure may be needed.

The "QUARTERMASTER" Parachute Jumper Coat and trousers is our most prized masterpiece. Our uniform appears just as it did when it was issued to paratroops early in WWII. Our "QM" is made from 100% cotton twill fabric matched not only in color, but in weight as well. In our fine quality garment, antique brass tooth and pull zipper, brown plastic fly and suspender buttons, steel snaps, and metal armpit eyelets. We even use WWII style contractor labels and ink stamped size markings just like the originals. Please note that this garment runs small and will shrink slightly in the wash.  Please take this into account when ordering your size.  Upsizing the coat to the next size up should account for this shrinkage.

The "OVERLORD" Parachute Jumper Coat and Trousers is the "QM" with reinforcing on the coat’s lower pockets & elbows, trouser cargo pockets & knees, and has canvas leg ties. The back of the coat has the authentic bi-swing back and bello.  This uniform depicts the jumpsuit most commonly worn in the Normandy invasion. Please note that this garment runs small and will shrink slightly in the wash.  Please take this into account when ordering your size.  Upsizing the coat to the next size up should account for this shrinkage.

These are made from the same type of creosote treated canvas as were the genuine late war airborne trousers. The set includes dark green canvas pockets, and canvas leg ties. The snaps are finished dull black. The pattern is the same sized pattern as used on the Parachute jumper trousers. 

These pockets were historically worn on the Trousers, Field, Cotton, OD or M43 pants by troopers of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions as of the late summer of 1944.  The Army did not originally manufacture these trousers with large cargo pockets on the legs.  When the Army Quartermaster Headquarters in the European Theater of Operations received their issued allotment of M43 trousers they saw right away the need to modify them with the same style of large cargo pockets that were included with the earlier Parachute Jumper Trousers.  Troopers needed the large cargo pockets to hold the much needed additional supplies that each trooper was issued.  Someone in the Army chain of command therefore ordered that the M43 trousers be modified with the addition of large canvas cargo pockets identical in the early jumpsuit styling.  Though this was not specifically a rigger-made modification to the uniforms, the modification of the trousers with large cargo pocket was unique to strictly these airborne units.

These pockets were historically worn on the Trousers, Field, Cotton, OD or M43 pants specifically by troopers of the 17th Airborne Division in the ETO of WWII.  This unit was in the same position as the 82nd and 101st airborne divisions that the need to add large cargo pockets to the new M43 uniform was evident.  For some reason however the style of the pockets worn by this unit was slightly different in dimension and included large canvas patches to reinforce the knee areas of the trousers.  Though this was not specifically a rigger-made modification to the uniforms, the modification of the trousers with large cargo pocket was unique to strictly these airborne units.
