Pattern 1941 Marine HBT Utilities
These are the famous marine HBTs fatigues that Marines wore as they fought the pacific war. We take our excellent Herringbone Twill to produce these uniforms in the correct color. The shirt features the famous Eagle Globe & Anchor on the breast pocket in the correct solid black image. This logo is applied by
stencil and ink, not an iron-on or rubber stamped image.
We sell two styles of trousers which are both typical of the WWII
style. One has the patch-pockets on both front and back pockets.
The other has patch rear pockets and hidden-style front pockets. Our fatigues even include
our own reproduction U.S. marine stamped buttons made from copper in an
antique copper finish on both the button and tack. Top off the set with a
camouflage helmet cover or Khaki "piss-cutter" garrison cap.
Both our USMC utility trousers are authentic for the first issue HBT
utilities. Our hidden pocket and patch pocket style trousers both
appeared simultaneously in 1941. Both patch and hidden pocket
styles had exterior visible waist bands, and the hidden pocket style included
a watch pocket. In 1943 the USMC developed an alternate hidden pocket
style trousers which eliminated the watch pocket, and made the waistband
invisible inside the trousers.
We made a very limited run of USMC utilities in white HBT fabric as used by the messmen of the Marine Corps. We automatically
assume that orders for USMC utilities will be filled with our standard USMC
olive shade, unless otherwise annotated by the customer in the comments
section.
Our helmet covers are made either with or without foliage slits.
We follow original Marine Corps specs to install foliage slits authentically.
Please specify whether or not you prefer
your helmet cover with or without foliage slits. Some historians claim
that the foliage slits are a feature unique to earlier manufactured helmet
covers, and the slits are typical of later dated helmet covers. It is
difficult to confirm this simply because the original specs used to
manufacture the helmet covers are dated 1942 and include a section to install
foliage slits. Therefore is it possible to assume both covers with slits
and without slits were used since from the beginning.
Our
USMC utilities are the only uniforms produced in the USA using fabric made in
the USA. We have competitors that offer replica uniforms made in other countries such as
China, Pakistan,
India, and Mexico. We know that serious historians and veterans expect
American made quality for the uniforms they will wear with pride.
Historians and veterans want to look good and feel proud, and our products
will deliver satisfaction through and through.

Camouflage Uniform
This is a replica of the 1st pattern reversible or P42 Marine Camo uniform. Using our authentic Herringbone Twill we print the U.S. Camo pattern on both sides like the original uniform. Both the green and tan side breast pockets feature our
ink stenciled Eagle, globe, and Anchor.
We also reproduced the camo helmet covers in both the 1st model which does not include the foliage slits,
and the later model with the slits. We follow original Marine Corps
specs to install foliage slits authentically. Please specify in the

stencil and ink...not an iron-on or rubber stamped image. Our fatigues even include

A few words about our quality footwear
Why waste your money on foreign made shoes with incorrect patterns, shapes,
profiles, components, and materials? Why be satisfied with boots made
from cheap floppy-grain leather that float on your feet, and soles that bend in half
like a pair of flip-flops? Why waste your time trying to polish boots
that just won't take polish correctly and get that perfect spit shine? Jump boots should look like army jump boots.
Our boots are the most authentic reproductions in the world!!! Spend your
money wisely on American Made boots made to actual WWII military spec just like
they were 60 years ago. In this market with so many different companies
offering outsourced replica WWII boots the phrase "You get what you pay for!" definitely
applies. We have many loyal customers who have made the claim that
they are still wearing the boots they bought from us 8-10 years
ago with only a couple of new soles. There is no better testament to the quality of our footwear than the
stunning feedback we get from our customers!
They are comfortable enough to wear
every day as testified by our customers. Features include WWII GI style high strength rubber soles and heals, high
strength steel shanks, genuine Goodyear leather Welts, Top grain leather in the authentic colors (Smooth in/Rough out on
Boondockers.), 100% Cotton
thread and Laces, and top grain leather mid-soles. Our Boondocker leather is fully struck-through dyed leather, not spray dyed on the surface. We currently sell
boots in "D" width 6, 7, 8, 8-1/2, 9, 9-1/2, 10, 10-1/2, 11, 11-1/2, 12, and 13;
and "EE" width 8, 8-1/2, 9, 9-1/2, 10, 10-1/2, & 11.
For a size chart explaining size equivalents for other countries please check here.
We periodically sell out of sizes and we advise customers to check for

DESCRIPTION
PRICE
Leggings, Canvas, USMC. These are
the canvas leggings worn by Marines from just prior to WWII, to the end of
fighting in WWII. These measure approximately 12-1/2" tall. We make
these in heavy duty cotton duck dyed in the correct USMC mustard/khaki
shade, with authentic brass eyelets, hooks, 5/8" cotton webbing, actual
surplus legging buckles, and 5/8" square webbing tips.
Hooks are guaranteed not to fall off. The canvas we use is heavy duty cotton duck
that is an appropriate weight for canvas leggings and won't disintegrate over
your footwear. They will perform well over a long period of time so long
as they are cared for just as if they were originals. The flat-fell and
hem stitching construction matches the WWII style. The hardware we use meets
military specs and the buckles we use are actual legging buckles that match
the style used during WWII by both the Marine Corps and US Army. Sizing
allows an additional inch play room. Leggings should fit snuggly, and
not too loose, and worn low on the shoe in order for the strap to fit
properly.

Shoes, Service, Cordovan, USMC
A welt constructed shoe;
with an inside counter pocket,
full toe vamp, toe cap with USMC style toe ,
heavy first quality leather sole board and plain heal .
The upper leather is best quality, heavy,
Brown, side leather fully chromed and vegetable retanned. The shoe is lined with cotton duck material,
and the tongue lined with felting.
The stitching on the quarter is very nicely replicated.
The heal accurately
depicts the USMC Cordovan shoe styling. The tongue is lined with felting. These shoes were used by the USMC from 1910 to 1940, so these would be
suitable to used even with WWI Marine Corps impressions.
Note: Please be advised that leather sole boards
wear faster than hardened rubber soles and thus a simple resoling may be
required sooner than anticipated. This also affects the stitching along
the welt.
